Workshop

At Exeter Disability Centre we take great pride in the work we carry out within our workshop, With our qualified engineers who have a wealth of experience across all ranges of mobility equipment, whether that is your wheelchair, scooter or power wheelchair, you can rest easy knowing your product is in the best hands while it’s with us.

With our Servicing, we offer 3 types that you can certainly choose from with peace of mind.

Delivered – If your able to, this is where you would deliver your product to us.

Collection and Redelivery – this is where we come to your home, collect your product and bring it into our workshop for servicing, and then re-deliver it back to you, so there is no need to worry.

Mobile Servicing – This is where we would come to your home and service your product at your address, Providing no safety issues or range issues with your batteries.

Any servicing in our workshop we estimate will be with us for a minimum of 2 days, and service on-site at your home you will only be without your product for a maximum of 1 hour.

Repairs – Certain repairs can be carried out on-site at your home, while others might be best done within our workshop

With our 2 in-house engineers with a wealth of knowledge between them, we can diagnose and fix your equipment.

We also have 2 roadside engineers who can also diagnose faults on-site if you can not be without your equipment.

Our pride in our work means we will always make sure your product comes back to you in a safe working matter, all products before being booked in for return are tested to ensure no new faults have occurred.

Call us on 01392 824 428 and ask for Mike Sherwood.

Alternatively, you can email us directly at workshop@exeterdisabilitycentre.co.uk or workshop@edcsales.co.uk

Please note unfortunately we are unable to carry out any servicing and repairs on the following brands: Quingo, VeloBike, and Greenpower. This is due to us not being able to order or be supplied with any parts for repairs that could maintain these machines.
