I've had a scooter from last July within a week it was falling apart I've had on going issues with it bit it not there it's mine.when things were fallen off they told me tighten it up my self. They rude ...one of them tried it on with me I said bugger off .got more respect for myself this is the so-called repair man. Don't get any products from them at all

We collected our sons wheelchair today. All i can say from start to finish the staff at Exeter Disability Centre are fantastic. Listened to our requests to help our son with independance and to help him access his hobbies!! While catering for his mobility and physical needs. Having an OT there like Marion is an asset to this shop. Her knowledge and professional manner is brilliant. Jim was brilliant, i had alot of questions and requests! Even changed my original order, and nothing was ever a problem. Really welcoming, it will definetly be our 1st choice when our son needs a new wheelchair again in the future. Couldnt reccommend them enough.

Fantastic staff, they all know what they are doing. I was on a limited budget, yet they not only found me what I wanted, I was taken on a "test drive" up and down curbs. I was worried at first, but she pushed me to test the chair, so I felt very comfortable. I will recommend this store to anyone.

We cannot say thank you enough. We are from the Rhondda in South Wales and was on a trip to Devon and Cornwall for our daughters birthday. The front wheels tyre broke and so my wife would have been car bound for the rest of the trip. They were able to get it fixed for us on the spot and without an appointment. You let my wife regain her mobility and my daughter enjoy the rest of the trip as a whole family. You are a bunch of angels. THANK YOU.

Very poor service sadly.I had called about a particular product (did they stock it etc) and again later to check the price. When we got there they said they didn't stock it, but not only that, implied that I might have either mis-described the item in my phone call or that perhaps I had called another place entirely (there are other mobilty/aids suppliers on that industrial estate).I had had good experiences in the past, but this was very poor indeed, both in their mistake and in their subsequent attitude (not belligerent, but certainly not apologetic).

First class service from this friendly professional team. My scooter had a problem which was quickly diagnosed and rectified by Exeter disability centre. All this was done the week before Christmas and my scooter returned. I won’t be going anywhere else. It’s nice to encounter a company that provides such excellent customer service .
